Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Culprit Alternatives, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at Culpritalternatives@gmail.com or calling 734-934-8403.
• If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
• After Shipping:
• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item after receiving it — see our Return & Refund section below.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Undergarments or lingerie
• Accessories (such as earrings or face masks)
• Clearance or final sale items

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

We will replace the item or offer a full refund once verified.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time for refunds to be officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Culpritalternatives@gmail.com.
