1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship across the United States (and select international locations).

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping:

• Delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

4. Delays and Exceptions

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections (for international orders).
• Culprit Alternatives is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
• Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

1. Contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
2. Provide your order number and any tracking details.
3. We’ll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
